Facilitation to MSMEs to avail bank credit from our partnered Banks , explore venture funding and raising financial resources from other sources with PHD CCIs assistance.


PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry has entered in its new phase of Credit Facilitation wherein it has signed MOUs with various nationalized and private sector banks. Through syndication with these banks , PHD MSME Facilitation Centre arranges for credit support (fund or non-fund based limits) from banks without any cost to MSMEs. Further more , MSMEs can upgrade their competence in terms of business and technologies by getting rated through independent, renowned and professional rating agencies empanelled with us. Performance and Credit Rating scheme has the liberty to upgrade the status of MSME units and help them in getting timely credit from banks at liberal rates of interest.

Silent features:

Facilitates credit to MSMEs by having various public and private sector banks.

Provides an option for MSMEs to apply for a new bank or switch over of an account to a different bank .

Helps the MSMEs in completing documentation and thereafter submitting it to the bank.

Helps the MSMEs in getting competitive rate of interest from the banks after a favorable rating is awarded to unit under Performance and Credit rating scheme of the Ministry.

To facilitate larger number of MSMEs who are desirous of availing credit.

To provide handholding support to MSMEs


Member MSME units who wish to apply for credit facility to any of the banks can approach PHD MSME Facilitation Centre by filling up a preliminary information in the form attached and submit the same to MSME Facilitation Centre for assessment and for further action after the examination.

However, the respective bank has the right to accept or refuse the application at its sole discretion in terms of their norms.

Documents Required:

After the preliminary assessment of the credit requirement by PHDCCI/Bank:

Application form of the Bank

Latest copy of income tax return/assessment order etc.

Statement of account from the existing banker, if any for the last six month.

Copies of relevant license, documents pertaining to the ownership/tenancy/lease agreements etc. in respect of premises where activity will be carried out.

Details of Property proposed to be mortgaged.

Encumbrance Certificate (upto date)

Photograph(two copies) of applicant, guarantors

Copies of Trust deeds/Memorandum and Articles of Association/Partnership Deed/LLP agreement etc.


Application is subject to production of documentary proof of KYC requirements fixed by RBI i.e. Latest photographs, proof of residence and proof of identity.


Assistance to MSME Entrepreneurs in making / vetting Project Reports and handholding them till the Project is sanctioned by the concerned Bank or Lender.

Members can approach the Chamber with their Credit needs so that Chamber can take up such proposals with the Bank. The Chamber can also render necessary help in preparing the loan proposals as per requirement of the Bank. The Bank is however free to consider such proposals based on merit of each case and keeping in view the norms of the Bank.

If the members have any credit requirement for their existing operations/ enhancements in their limits or for expansion, modernization etc they can approach MSME Facilitation Centre at the Chamber.
